■ Shipping Rates & Areas

Standard International Shipping:
 ¥1,100 JPY (Approx. $7 - $8 USD)

FREE International Shipping: 
On orders over ¥3,000 JPY (Approx. $20 USD)

*Shipping fees and free shipping eligibility are calculated in Japanese Yen (JPY) and converted to your local currency based on the current exchange rate. The USD amounts are estimates provided for your convenience.

■ Customs, Duties, and Taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

■ Delivery Timing & Delays

  1. Orders are processed and shipped promptly after purchase confirmation. Please note that delivery may take longer due to operating conditions, weather, traffic, or the destination region.

  2. We shall not be liable for any damages, nor responsible for any refunds or reductions in shipping fees, for delays caused by: (1) Unforeseeable and abnormal traffic disruptions. (2) Natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, storms, etc.). (3) Strikes or suspensions of operations by shipping carriers or public transportation.

■ Product Delivery

  1. We will deliver the purchased products to the destination specified by the customer.

  2. We may entrust the delivery to third-party shipping carriers.

■ Undeliverable Packages

  1. If a delivery cannot be completed due to the following reasons, we may recover the product and charge the customer for any costs incurred (including return shipping fees). In such cases, we may also cancel the contract at our discretion: (1) Absence of the recipient and failure to request redelivery within the carrier’s storage period. (2) Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. (3) Refusal of receipt by the customer.

  2. We reserve the right to claim compensation for any damages (including reasonable legal fees) incurred due to the situations mentioned above.

■ Carrier Issues

  1. We are not responsible for delivery delays or product damage caused by the shipping carrier.

  2. Any disputes or issues with the shipping carrier must be resolved by the customer at their own expense. We have no obligation to intervene in such disputes.

■ Shipping Inquiries Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, all inquiries regarding the delivery status should be directed to the carrier.

■ Relationship with Terms of Use

  1. This policy constitutes part of our Terms of Use.

  2. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Use, this policy shall take precedence.
